At Rooted in Ritual with Maria, every product is created with care and intention. Many of our offerings are metaphysical in nature, designed to support energetic, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Because these results depend on individual energy and intention, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Metaphysical Products

All metaphysical and ritual products (including candles, oils, baths, and scrubs) are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
Please note that items cannot be returned or refunded because they did not "work" as expected. The effectiveness of metaphysical items is based on your own energy and practice.

Candle Quality Concerns

If your candle tunnels, burns unevenly, or does not perform properly despite following the burning instructions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the candle, and a description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Printed & Custom Merchandise

All printed and made-to-order merchandise (including apparel, mugs, journals, and similar items) is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. For this reason, these items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or misprint.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement.
